You are much more than cells. Much more than carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and the rest of the individual elements that make up your body.
The ancients realized this. Traditional Chinese Medicine labeled 12 energy fields within your body and called them Meridians.
Acupuncture, massage, and homeopathy recognize and operate on the basis of this energy system flowing throughout your body.
So what then, is bioenergetics?
If we break it out, there’s “bio” for biology (or life) and “energetics” for energy.
Obviously, bioenergetics is a bit more complicated than that.
Bioenergetics looks at the dynamics of energy exchange within living systems. If we look at the human body and take it down to the atomic level, most of it (some 99.9%) is empty space.
That’s a whole lot of nothing.
Physics tells us this isn’t the case. Physics says that if you could see the minuscule “empty” spaces, you’d see it’s actually full of whirling waves of energy.
If you look at both your body and the cells that are contained in your body, continually, your cells are exchanging energy with the outside environment, i.e., in the wall of the water around them.
Your body is exchanging energy. If you look at this from a macro point of view, you eat. That's a source of energy.
You walk around and move and that's an exchange of energy. You go outside and the sunlight hits you and charges you up.
You might take your shoes off and walk on the ground and get energy from the earth.
This is the stuff of life. This is what we come from.
Bioenergetics is the study of this energy system and how it can affect your biology. It’s something we, at NES, have been studying for nearly 20 years now -- how we can take this knowledge of the energy within us and use it to affect your health and wellness.
Here, in the West, there’s a disconnect between the worlds of physics and biology. Instead, there’s an obsession with bio-chemistry; or the study of the body, its chemicals and how chemicals affect it.
Biochemistry is nutrition. It tells you that you need so much vitamin C, so much magnesium, and that an imbalance in your body’s chemicals, enzymes, etc are responsible for changes within the body.
Now, they’re not wrong. But there’s so much more to your body than that and it was mostly ignored until recently. And hardly anyone is talking about it.
Times are changing. We now have the technology to observe energetic effects within the body. We know more about the energetics of water and how it interacts with everything that the body does and is.
We understand more about how we capture light energy and how it both energizes and informs life.
And we already use the principles of physics with much of our medical equipment. With the electroencephalogram (EEG) that detects electrical activity in the brain for example. Or with the ECG that detects that of the heart.
What science is continually finding is what the ancients already knew. Bioenergetics is the natural meeting point of the past and the future, leading the way in our thinking about medicine and health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes there are 12 major meridians coursing throughout your body. These are energy systems that are directly connected to your organs:
As long as Qi is flowing freely through these systems, you remain healthy. By tracking the flow of Qi, it’s possible to find areas of the body that can use some support via acupuncture, herbs, teas or other interventions.
As Peter Fraser began investigating the human body, he reached a similar conclusion to that of TCM. He took what the ancients knew and combined it with physics, taking bioenergetics to the absolute edge of science.
Peter Fraser made two very important discoveries:
When you have an energy field, you can both detect it and correct it.
In a nutshell, this is what bioenergetics is all about. By looking at the body through this lens of energy instead of biochemistry, it allows a much broader viewpoint and aspect of how we can support health.
Our NES Bioenergetix Wellness System rests on the shoulders of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine.
Peter recognized the connection between energy meridians and their electromagnetic frequency range -- which is something we can measure.
But figuring out how to communicate with those energy meridians was another matter altogether because that information is done through a quantum field.
A light bulb moment led Peter Fraser to figure out how to “talk” through the quantum field to the energy meridians.
As a result, we have gone deeper into bioenergetics and have a way of assessing it, our NES Scanner.
The NES Scanner is able to assess the body field and alert us to what areas need to be addressed.
Our system mimics nature in a way. It is not prioritizing areas that need fixing so much as looking at the best way to support the body field as a whole. In this way, we are digging down to the root cause.
For example, an individual may feel some discomfort in the joints while exercising. We have something called an Infoceutical that can help bones and joints.
Infoceuticals were that missing piece -- the way to provide energy meridians with the proper information to support health.
Infoceuticals contain the encoded information of a healthy body field. Infoceuticals feed the body field the healthy blueprint it needs.
When working with the body through our NES Scanner and Infoceuticals, you are working within the realm of potential and possibility. And here is where the magic lies with bioenergetics.
